My Approach to Care

I believe mental health care should be both deeply personalized and collaborative. Every
individual arrives with a unique story, biology, and life context, and meaningful treatment
requires understanding the full picture rather than focusing only on symptoms.
My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatry with trauma-informed and psychedelic
informed care, recognizing that many emotional challenges are influenced by both biological
factors and life experiences. Treatment may include thoughtful medication management, lifestyle
and wellness strategies, and, when appropriate, innovative approaches such as ketamine-assisted
therapy.

For patients pursuing ketamine-assisted treatment, I work closely with trusted therapists who
provide preparation and integration psychotherapy. This collaborative model allows patients to
receive both the medical oversight and the therapeutic support necessary to safely process
insights that may arise during treatment. By working as a team, we aim to support patients not
only during the experience itself but also in translating those experiences into meaningful and
lasting change.

Throughout the process, I prioritize creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-
judgmental, where patients feel empowered to explore their experiences and actively participate
in their care.

My goal is to help patients move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward greater clarity,
emotional resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
